There’s nothing more optimistic than a sunrise. Join the eco-optimists for a sunrise yoga session to meditate on the joys of Spring. Or if yoga is not your thing, how about a bushwalk on the stunning Threlfall Track and return in time for the meditation? Wear orange to match the sunrise! Bring a picnic A free bus will leave from NOVA, 122 Faulkner Street (outside the Folk Museum) at 5.30am.
