Your future customers know what they want, what’s not currently available and what’s wrong with what’s already out there. What better source of intelligence could there be for an entrepreneur?This webinar will inspire you to get out of the building and into the real world to learn what your potential customers are really looking for. Learn how to approach the research stage of business design pragmatically, avoid time-wasting, and ensure objectivity. It will be led by Verge Collaborative director Nat Ellis, who has supported hundreds of NDIS and disability-related business owners over the last seven years to delve into their customer’s perspectives.What you will learn:<ul><li>Why customer research is critical to your business success.</li><li>How to test your assumptions about problems and solutions.</li><li>What you need to learn from your future customers.</li><li>How to avoid the mistakes most entrepreneurs make.</li></ul>Key topics: The importance of and the methods for researching potential and existing customer problems. How to conduct empathy mapping. Nat Ellis – BiographyNat Ellis, Director of Verge Collaborative, has been coaching and supporting disability sector entrepreneurs to establish and grow their businesses since 2016. With qualifications in psychology, mental health, coaching and business management – and a career path incorporating experiential education, community-managed support service provision, personally establishing four small businesses, and facilitating business and leadership development initiatives – Nat brings an uncommon breadth of experience and expertise to share with audiences.
