Frequently asked questions
In my experience as a Medium and Yoga and Meditation teacher this is how long it takes of practising something daily, to break through the programming and receive what you need from the practice you are undertaking. On a spiritual level, many mantras, fasts and spiritual practices are carried out.
It’s not just about learning different meditation techniques, being guided by a teacher or having a peer support group; it’s also about the profound growth on the unconscious level you will achieve.
• Commit to the Challenge! • Know it’s ok if you miss a day for whatever reason, life happens and you will be supported • Make the conscious decision to be open to learning something new • Give yourself permission to grow, be challenged and connect deeper • Ideally NO recreational drugs or alcohol.
You will be supported by Sunita during the 40 day challenge in a peer support group and 20 days after the challenge ends for integration of the practice into your daily life. She is an experienced Medium, Mindset Coach, Yoga and Meditation teacher with over 20 years experience in the field.

We will meet regularly over the 40 days (see the event details) on zoom and you will be taught a new technique. You will then have time to practice it and understand which one works for you at the moment.
