Overview

Join us for a fun-filled family morning exploring the great outdoors and discovering the beauty of nature through play.

Join us for a fun-filled family morning exploring the great outdoors and discovering the beauty of nature through play. Activities are suitable for children aged 0 to 12 years and are designed to entertain and educate.

  • Let imagination take flight in a reusable craft session led by Council's sustainability team. Children are encouraged to create art using reusable materials, while learning about the importance of reducing waste.
  • Embark on a scavenger hunt adventure to discover hidden treasures and learn about the environment.
  • Explore and play with a range of nature themed activities and resources.
  • Settle under a tree for a nature themed story.

Children needing a break from the excitement can find some quiet time in our sensory-friendly space.

Don't forget to pack your morning tea and bring your hat, sunscreen, walking shoes and drink bottle.

Council's sustainability team will also be bringing their new BRAD box, the latest in recycling innovations.
