Marja is thrilled to be holding her first round of Group Movement and Transformational Breathwork at Sol this July.In this super fun, deeply connected, heart opening, soul shaping workshop we will immerse ourselves in movement, connection, transformative breathwork and give ourselves the permission to be fully seen and heard.Breathwork is simple and safe. We breathe lying down so this practice is available to everyone, regardless of age, ability or experience.We use a conscious connected breathing technique to open to more life force prana energy. This helps to rejuvenate the body, to clear energy pathways, and to release physical and emotional toxins and blockages.We will start the afternoon off with movement/dance, then move into practices that connect us to each other on a deeper soul level, then finish with an hour of breathing, followed by integration.
