Also learn how to recognise the declining mental health of a person and how to effectively and safely manage a crisis situation.If you find yourself becoming an accidental counsellor and want to assist family, friends and colleagues this course is ideal.We are seeing more and more effects on Mental Health after the vents of the last 2-3 years and there will be lasting mental health effects for sometime to come. Ensure you have the tools and confidence required to assist where necessary.
