Join the tea party with local Naturopath Maddie of Lewin Naturopathy in an evening of herbalism, connection and lots of tea!

JOIN THE TEA PARTY:Treat yourself and possibly a loved one to a wholesome evening in the South Eastern suburb of Highett, tuning into the delights of natural medicine. Learn the process behind formulating a herbal tea blend that has a specific medicinal purpose, and that also tastes delicious. Maddie will talk through the 10 different dried herbs that you will be able to choose from, discussing their medicinal benefits, taste and energetics. She will then run through the process of selecting the right balance of herbs to create the perfect herbal tea blend. With a qualified Naturopath there to guide and assist you, you will then select 3-6 herbs to use to make your very own custom tea blend. This will be an intimate affair of up to 15 attendees to ensure that everyone has the chance to ask any questions to each make their perfect bespoke tea blend.WHAT YOU RECEIVE:- Education from a qualified Naturopath about the 10 organic dried herbs- A booklet to take home with information on each herb, with room for you to make notes- 1x Custom tea blend (approximately 30 serves) (valued at $32)- Your choice of a pre-made Lewin Naturopathy herbal tea (valued at $30)DATE: Thursday July 14th 2022, 6:00pm - 8:00pmLOCATION: F8 Restaurant (upstairs function room), 284-286 Highett Rd, Highett, VIC.PARKING: Free parking available behind the restaurantABOUT LEWIN NATUROPATHY:Maddie is the founder of Lewin Naturopathy that will be running the tea making workshop. She is Clinical Naturopath and operates an online clinic that allows her to see clients Australia-wide. She has a special interest in gut health, skin conditions and fatigue. She has thoughtfully curated her own Organic Herbal Tea line with teas for sleep, digestion, skin and more.Some nibbles will be provided on the night.
