Sustainability Victoria (SV) is a statutory agency of the Victorian Government, established in 2005 under the Sustainability Victoria Act 2005 (SV Act). The $10 million Waste to Energy – Bioenergy Fund will support bioenergy projects that increase renewable energy generation in Victoria.

<h2>About the Fund</h2>The Waste to Energy – Bioenergy Fund will support businesses and other eligible organisations to scope out and deliver projects that will produce renewable energy using organic materials. The output can include heat, electricity, gas or liquid fuel.Waste streams include but are not limited to agricultural, livestock, food and wood waste. For this fund, Bioenergy can be produced through biological or thermal technologies. Funding is available through two streams. This session will focus on Stream 2: Project Infrastructure.In Stream 2, grants of between $50,000 and $1,000,000 will support applicants with a proven business case in the purchase, construction, and commissioning of infrastructure to convert organic matter to bioenergy. Businesses, Industry groups and associations, Local government representatives, Research institutes, Not-for-profit organisations, Social Enterprises, Co-operatives, Community Groups, and Consultants (through a project partnership) that are interested in the program are invited to attend.<h2>Event details</h2>We will be holding the webinar as a Microsoft live event.
