Confident Minds Girls group with Teaching Consultant, Nikki Wadewitz - 5pm

Positive Minds Australia offers a broad range of services for parents, teachers, allied health professionals and young people to build resilience, improve wellbeing and strengthen confident mindsets. From professional training for parents and  professionals to hands on programs, activities, counselling and social emotional literacy training for young people. Positive Minds Australia offers a wholistic approach to the mental health and wellbeing of young people, their families, schools and communities. PMA is led by Madhavi Nawana Parker who is a globally published author of several books, a keynote and public speaker as well as counsellor to young people and parents.

Nikki Wadewitz will provide small group training to develop social confidence in warm, friendly and supportive environment.

Eastwood Community Centre

<p>Starting in Term 3 on Thursday 28th July and running for 8 weeks from: 5:00 pm - 5:45pm at the Eastwood Community Centre.</p><p>This Session is available to children aged 12 years - adult. </p>
