Positive Minds Australia offers a broad range of services for parents, teachers, allied health professionals and young people to build resilience, improve wellbeing and strengthen confident mindsets. From professional training for parents and  professionals to hands on programs, activities, counselling and social emotional literacy training for young people. Positive Minds Australia offers a wholistic approach to the mental health and wellbeing of young people, their families, schools and communities. PMA is led by Madhavi Nawana Parker who is a globally published author of several books, a keynote and public speaker as well as counsellor to young people and parents.

Join Katie O&#x27;Reilly, Teacher and Professional Actor for her social and emotional confidence building course full of fun, games and role plays, your child will get out of their comfort zone in a warm, friendly and inclusive environment. They learn at their own pace and classes are tailored to suit the participants. Groups are small and structured. The sessions will be held at Eastwood Community Centre. Please meet Katie outside in the playground at the rear. 8 week course for children aged 5-9 years, commencing Wednesday 27th of July: 4.15pm - 5.00pm.
