According to science, happy relationships is the most important key to living a fulfilling life!What about your relationship? <ul><li>Do you have a “type” you feel attracted to but it seems to always end up the same way?</li><li>Do you feel truly satisfied in your current relationship?</li><li>Have you recently experienced a break-up and feel scared to start over again?</li></ul>Would you like to gain an understanding of the foundations how to build a fulfilling relationship? One which thrives and provides you with strength and empowerment rather than pain and stress! This course is suitable for men and women of any orientation, single or in relationship.Together we will explore important psychological concepts and research findings, that can help to break unhelpful patterns of relating to others, understand our needs better and how to communicate them to loved ones, feel safe, authentic and desired!TOPICS COVERED INCLUDE:1) Attachment &amp; Needs 2) Boundaries &amp; Red Flags3) Communication4) Dynamics5) Keeping the sparkWorkbook will be provided, containing summary of the material, homework tasks and links to additional resources.THRIVING RELATIONSHIPS course is facilitated by Nadia Young, who is a neuropsychotherapist, EFT couple therapist and educator. Nadia holds a Master Degree in Counselling from The University of Queensland, she is an accredited member of Australian Counselling Association and International Association of Applied Neuroscience. Nadia is passionate about empowering others to live the life they want and has extensive experience in mental health, individual and relationship therapy, psychoeducation and coaching. She designed, managed and delivered programms for various organizations, including Relationship Australia, The Center for Women &amp; Co and Global Sisters. We will be meeting online on Tuesdays for 5 consecutive weeks:28/06 6-8pm online via Zoom05/07 6-8pm online via Zoom12/07 6-8pm online via Zoom19/07 6-8pm online via Zoom26/07 6-8pm online via ZoomPrerequisites: - access to computer or laptop for online meetings (smart phone is not suitable)- video and sound is required to be on during online meetings (no blank windows)- stable internet connection- privacy and stationary position during online meetings- attendence of the 1st session is compulsary, no refunds/makeup for missed sessionsIMPORTANT: Please note that the goal of this course is SELF DEVELOPMENT and SKILLS TRAINING. This is not a therapy group, therefore is not suitable for in-depth discussions about an individual&#x27;s situation or circumstances. One-to-one or couple therapy will be more appropriate for the aforementioned.
