As you relax into each nourishing Yin Yoga pose, Sarah will bathe you in a sound journey of ancient mantras and the soothing tones of the harmonium, played live in class.This special workshop will leave you feeling rested &amp; realigned with your intentions, revitalised and prepared energetically for the month ahead.This workshop is held the day before the upcoming BLACK MOON - a rare occasion of a second new moon in a calendar month. This is an auspicious and powerful moon phase, and the perfect time to rest , reflect, re-energise and set intentions for the cycle ahead.The experience:<ul><li>Tune in with heart based meditation and breath work.</li><li>Set a powerful intention with guided journaling.</li><li>Melt into juicy yin yoga poses to clear energy blockages.</li><li>Experience the soothing vibrational frequencies of mantra and harmonium.</li><li>Connect with community after class with tea.</li></ul>This workshop includes:<ul><li>Opening Intention Setting.</li><li>Breath work and Meditation.</li><li>Guided Journalling.</li><li>Yin Yoga.</li><li>Live Music - mantra and harmonium</li><li>Gong Sound Bath and Relaxation.</li></ul>Yin Yoga:<ul><li>Stimulates specific meridians and internal organs to improve the flow of chi or Prana in your body.</li><li>Reduces stress and tension.</li><li>Harmonises imbalances in your inner world.</li></ul>Mantra:<ul><li>Rhythm and sound shifts energy blockages in the body.</li><li>Enhances the brainwaves experienced during meditation.</li><li>Quietens mental chatter, uplifts emotions, and reprogram the subconscious mind.</li></ul>These two practices combined connect your mind and your heart to access a deep inner wisdom, recognising that there is a great mystery beyond all that we can see.PLEASE NOTE:- Pre-booking is essential for this intimate event as spaces are limited.- Early Bird tickets $38 until Monday 23rd May, General Admission $45 until sold out.Please bring:- Your own yoga mat- A note book and pen for journalling- Dress comfortably and warm.
