TheWell will be holding a workshop on the preparation/cooking of bone stock/bone broth. Join us to discover and taste the goodness of bone stock/broth and Kvass (fermented beetroot ihtce)and high vitamin and mineral content. You will also learn about the health benefits of fermentation.What to expect: informative presentation, demonstration of preparation and sampling of TheWell&#x27;s fermented foods - Bone Broth.Come discover and taste the goodness of bone broth an kvass high vitamin and mineral content. N.B.: In line with health and hygiene requirements - social distancing will be maintained throughout this event.
