When it comes to Peri Menopause - knowledge and self awareness is power.Peri Menopause is not a medical condition, it is a normal phase of life for ALL women. So we need to understand, explore and support our self, our health and our lifestyle in order to confidently transition through and beyond this phase of life. Women have been going through Menopause FOREVER. EVERY SINGLE WOMAN will continue to go through Menopause FOREVER. We do not need to suffer through Peri Menopause. You can embrace this phase of life with a sense of intention, power, confidence and grace that will support you for many years beyond it. So, Let’s Talk Peri Menopause because it is not in your head! Impacting ALL women, menopause is a topic that needs full exploration so it can be fully understood in life and work. There is an evolution to Menopause and addressing the hormonal, physical, mental and emotional changes is a critical first step to understanding and managing a woman&#x27;s changing body. The changes can begin a lot earlier than you may notice, but by embracing your physiology and learning about what you will experience leading into and during Peri Menopause will support you significantly. Your experience will be unique to you, but collectively we can join in and appreciate that we are not alone. You will be so informed about Peri Menopause and why it is happening that you will be motivated to embrace and transform through this phase. This workshop will be held at our beautiful Wellness Hub in East Keilor at 62 Dinah Parade.Our Wellness Hub is your safe space to connect with yourself and with others.
