You will take home: Water Kefir Grains, Kombucha Scoby, and comprehensive notes, references and resources to get you going.
There will also be a discussion on the origins and health benefits of fermented foods, immunity/disease, water, detoxifying and more.
Sign up for this and the Fermented Foods class (Saturday or Sunday morning) and you will save $15 off each ticket.
Tim has run dozens of workshops around Australia, helping around 500 people discover the amazing health benefits of fermented foods. He is passionate about people taking-charge of their health and of the power of probiotics (as fermented foods & drinks) to help.
Tim says: ‘Cultured foods and beverages used to be staples in countless cultures around the world – they have now been mainly forgotten. I am passionate about re-educating health conscious people about these fermented functional foods – foods that really work to promote and support health’.
