Lisa Murphy is the founder and Chief Adventurer from Big Heart Adventures.  Devoted to getting more people out in nature for all the positive mental health benefits, Big Heart Adventures offers professionally led walks on trails across the Adelaide Hills, coast and urban areas in addition to Nature Therapy and Forest Bathing events to connect people deeply to nature using all of the senses. Experience a deeper connection with nature and be guided on a sensory journey with the land we walk upon. You are invited to feel the health benefits of being in nature while deepening our relationships with the earth and ourselves.It&#x27;s time to slow down and find CALM with us under the trees.Lisa Murphy is a certified Forest Therapy Guide with Association of Nature and Forest Therapy.We respectfully acknowledge that our gathering is on Kaurna Land traditionally owned by the Kaurna People.We include light refreshments and tea at the conclusion of our session.A list of essential and suggested comfort items and location/meet spot information will be emailed to attendees 48 hours prior to the event subject to the weather forecast.Minimal fitness is required to join us however the terrain is uneven in places, comfortable sturdy footwear is encouraged.We suggest anyone under 18 attend with an adult and this event is recommended for those aged 15 and above.Please stay home if unwell or if requested by SA Health.
