Saida Jusic and Toshiko Matsumoto welcome you to join them on a powerful evening. A journey beginning with a grounding meditation, gentle breath session to calm and reset your nervous system. A powerful tool you can take home and continue to help release stress, reduce anxiety to increase your vitality, inner peace, calmness and relaxation for your daily practice.To start the night off, Saida will start with a grounding meditation, a gentle breath session with gentle body movements followed by a powerful Sound Healing / Gong Bath.Saida's meditative sounds created with gongs, crystal &amp; tibetan bowls, shurti box, ocean drum, steele tongue drum, her powerful star being drum played near your body, infused with Mantras and Saida's healing voice tones.Toshiko will be placing her singing ring bowls on your body to further activate your energy centers. Unblock any struck energy in your body. Very powerful experience, yet so relaxing. Wear comfortable clothes. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket. Water bottle. You can bring your favorite chair if you cannot lay on the floor.
