This session is for teachers working in casual and short-term temporary roles who are maintaining accreditation at Proficient Teacher.

You will be sent instructions via email closer to the session about how to access the meeting room online.

The session will focus on developing a stronger understanding of the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers (the Standards). It provides advice on maintaining accreditation for teachers working in casual or short-term temporary roles.The session will cover:<ul><li>engaging with the Standards</li><li>building on teaching practice at Proficient Teacher</li><li>setting professional and personal learning goals</li><li>monitoring timeframes</li><li>engaging in lifelong learning</li><li>critically reflecting on teaching practice.</li></ul>All sessions start promptly at 4:00pm.PLEASE NOTE that you will receive an email on the morning of the event containing a link to join the session.Please do not hesitate to contact NESA at TS.events@nesa.nsw.edu.au if you have any questions.
