Tuff Nutterz is a fantastic family-friendly event that promises a day filled with fun and excitement for everyone.

With Tuff Nutterz, there's no need to worry about age restrictions because the event welcomes all ages to participate and enjoy the fun.

The inflatable obstacle course is designed to challenge and test your skills as you navigate through a series of inflatable obstacles, including tunnels, slides, and other exciting features. You'll need to climb, slide, jump, and crawl your way to the finish line, all while having a blast with your family and friends.

In addition to the 300m long obstacle course, Tuff Nutterz also offers a mini obstacle course and a 6m tall slide for those looking for an adrenaline rush. There are also food and drinks available, so you can refuel and recharge before tackling the next challenge and a soft - serve icecream truck as the icing on the cake.

Family-friendly atmosphere, large shaded areas, cool tunes and delicious food truck and ice-creams to complete the magical holiday activity for all.

Tickets can be purchased at the door, although we strongly suggest booking online to avoid disappointment.

I'M TAKING MY KIDS BUT I'M NOT PLAYING, DO I NEED A TICKET?

Spectators are welcome to attend without a ticket. However, if you want to enter any of our inflatable attractions along with your children you will require your own individual ticket. For safety, we do require that any kids under 5 are always accompanied by a parent/carer.

WILL MY SESSION STILL BE ON IF IT'S RAINING?

We are a rain or shine event and we will not let rain stop the fun. We recommend checking the local weather report in advance of your session and dressing appropriately. Take extra care if surfaces are slippery. It is highly recommended to wear socks with grip tread soles.

WILL THE EVENT BE EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED?

Our goal is always to deliver the full Tuff Nutterz experience. On rare occasions, this may not be possible due to unforeseen issues. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to alter, substitute or withdraw individual elements of the event. Where possible we will communicate this in advance.

IS THERE A WEIGHT LIMIT?

Our manufacturer recommends a maximum weight of 100KG. Enter at your own risk.

DO I NEED TO PRINT TICKETS OR CAN I SHOW THEM ON MY PHONE?

You do not need to print your tickets. We recommend having the booking QR code ready to speed up the check-in process. In the case that you cannot find it or your phone battery dies, you can check in using the booking name or number.

DO YOU ACCEPT COMPANION CARDS?

We do accept companion cards, just book a single ticket for the participant and present the card at the ticket office to collect an extra wristband

CAN I GET A REFUND ON A PRE-PURCHASED TICKET?

All sales are final. However, when cancelling your booking you can request a gift card to re-book at your convenience. please send an email to contact@tuffnutterz.com to request the cancellation.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

We recommend arriving around 30 minutes before the session to check-in at the ticket office. Please have your booking QR ready to scan and your waivers signed beforehand. We will then exchange your tickets for wristbands so you are ready to enter your session at your scheduled time.

WILL THERE BE VENDORS? CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD / DRINKS / COOLERS?

We aim to have food and beverage vendors in every venue. As these are subject to local availability, we can’t give any specifics on the vendors that will be present. At most of our locations, you are welcome to bring along a cooler with your own food and drinks in case nothing takes your fancy on th

IS THERE SOMEWHERE TO STORE STROLLERS / BAGS / BELONGINGS?

We do not have lockers at our events. However, you are welcome to leave any belongings with our staff at the ticket office if needed.
