In person group cooking class. Back in the room, this is the first of a series of in person cooking classes to be held at a private residence in 2022.Welcome to autumn, the cooler weather kick starts appetites, think comfort food packed with robust flavours - soups that are meals in themselves accompanied by freshly baked artisan bread, balanced with fresh fruit and veggies in season. It&#x27;s the perfect time of year to experiment with new recipes and make ahead meals utilising fresh seasonal produce.  Autumn meal prep doesn’t have to be stressful, time consuming or unhealthy. Creating nutritious meals that will keep you energised has never been easier with simple do ahead planning.Join me for an interactive Cooking Workshop where I will teach you simple tips &amp; strategies to manage your nutrition, how to plan ahead of an event to save valuable time and energy in a busy week.Invite your  friends to join for a fun and relaxed Friday afternoon with lunch and tastings. A compendium of recipes will be provided so you can replicate the recipes at home. There will be opportunities to ask questions as we demonstrate each dish.

This workshop is for you if:<ul><li>You are interested to learn simple tips &amp; tricks  on how to plan ahead and reduce your time in the kitchen.</li><li>You are looking for inspiration to eliminate the ‘what’s for lunch or dinner’ scenario with some versatile recipes that can be swapped out  with vegan or vegetarian options.</li><li>You are interested in how to prepare nutritious meals that  boost your energy levels. </li></ul>
