Know Yourself, Show Yourself, Grow Yourself

Know Yourself, Grow Yourself, Show Yourself is a mental health festival by the people, for the people. The festival will run at Sunshine Heights PS from Monday 21st March to Friday 25th March 2022 with a full, exciting program of events.

In this engaging workshop, Chris Egan will connect you with the Science of Wellbeing and offer a range of practical suggestions of how you might include some ‘tiny habits’ into your life to care for your wellbeing.Chris is passionate about human connection and developing growth cultures that support others to function at their best, anchored through his study in the Masters of Applied Positive Psychology at Melbourne University. Chris has spent the last 30 years working across a diverse range of educational settings. In 2004 he started a four-year contract working with schools in New York City and New Jersey focusing on learning design, high level teaching practice and leadership. In 2016, Chris began working with coaches at the Essendon Football Club focusing on instructional strategies and communication. Chris now works with educational networks, clusters of schools and individual schools on the power of curiosity and how to harness it in creating vibrant learning cultures that empower others to be their best possible selves.
