The Hunter New England and Central Coast Primary Health Network (the PHN) will work with the Glen Innes community to implement an innovative pilot healthcare model as part of the Better Health for the Bush framework.
The Health Hub aims to meet community needs through a team-based approach, and may introduce new or improved services. It will be supported by digital solutions and assistance to navigate the health system effectively.
Residents are encouraged to attend the community sessions at the Glen Innes Library. Your perspective will play a pivotal role in shaping the healthcare services offered, ensuring they align with the distinctive needs of Glen Innes.
