Welcome to our third Nambour Forecourt Live! On Friday 18 March, between 2pm and 8.30pm, we will once again gather to celebrate our Nambour Community through Live Music, Workshops, Food and Drinks! Our event is part of Harmony week and we will see a children's program in the Nambour Library sharing songs from different countries between 2pm and 4pm, as well as multicultural dances, a fashion show and guest speakers between 4pm and intermittently throughout the evening. We will update these special performances and speakers in the coming weeks on our Peace Run Records FB event!CREATIVE WORKSHOPSThere will be creative workshops from 4pm til 6pm with Coco creative weaving, and Gathered Folk Donut decorating and ornament making. The workshops are by donation and you can walk in and sign up on the day. There will also be Face painting from 4pm til 6pm as well!LIVE MUSIC PROGRAM From 5pm til 8pm we will have the talented Hayden Hack performing his afro funk tunes, followed by the Smooth soul sounds of Kaia Kingsley and finishing with World dance group Nizami!FOOD AND DRINKFood Trucks Viet Nom Nom and Matthew's Pizza will be providing delicious food for our event. We also recommend checking out our local restaurants in the area and supporting local businesses. There will be a Licensed bar run by Tram Co. where you can purchase drink tickets and check out local providers Sunshine and Sons as well as Diablo Co. beverages which you can enjoy from 5pm til 8.30pm when the event concludes. Please register for a free ticket and come along to our event. You won't need to show your ticket to attend, but it does allow us to gauge how many people will be attending. This wonderful event is funded by Sunshine Coast Council and we encourage families and everyone to come down and enjoy a great afternoon out in Nambour!
