Suitable for businesses, community groups and individuals. Join us for an interactive session focused on using plain English in everyday documents, emails, flyers and marketing material and learn how to make your information easier to understand. Participants are encouraged to bring samples of their own work as they analyse and practise writing information clearly.

- Reduce jargon and simplify your communication
- Write clear emails
- Make a positive difference to your business or organisation
