Know Yourself, Grow Yourself, Show Yourself is a mental health festival by the people, for the people. The festival will run at Sunshine Heights PS from Monday 21st March to Friday 25th March 2022 with a full, exciting program of events.

In this interactive workshop, facilitated by Wendy White from Strengthening Parents Support Program, you will be invited to explore and unpack succesful strategies that can help you both support your child through their big emotions and gain the skills you need to survive them and THRIVE! Kicking off your explorations and discussions, Wendy will read the beautiful book, written by a family in the Western Suburbs - The Adventures of Mighty Owen, written by Emma Roehrs and illustrated by Owen Roehrs. This will launch into rich discussions, sharing and open explorations of impactful strategies.
