Know Yourself, Grow Yourself, Show Yourself is a mental health festival by the people, for the people. The festival will run at Sunshine Heights PS from Monday 21st March to Friday 25th March 2022 with a full, exciting program of events.

Want to know what workshops at the Know Yourself, Show Yourself, Grow Yourself Mental Health Festival suit CALD communities and are in Easy English? Check out this collection for all the CALD-specific and easy english accessible workshops & connections!

​Led by CALD community experts, ADEC, this workshop will deliver information in a culturally sensitive way that will help strengthen the knowledge and awareness of the CALD communities about Mental Health.
