Living a purposeful life. This International Women&#x27;s Day we are all encouraged to speak up and call out gender bias, discrimination and stereotyping each time we see it. In our experience working with or within organisations and community groups; regardless of the industry; to &#x27;speak up&#x27; requires personal courage. To &#x27;call out&#x27; also requires a deep sense of self belief. Research has confirmed we need more female role models in leadership positions at home, the workplace and in our communities. When a role model does speak up, we need cultures, structures and systems that listen, support and seek to resolve issues/concerns. Into the future we will require individuals, teams and organisations to lead in a different way, to lead with purpose and for a purpose. Based on our Self Care Series; this Values Discovery workshop is a pragmatic and practical experience, an exciting new way to focus on your self-development or the development of your team. The focus of the workshop is on building your self-belief by giving you to time to identify, clarify or reaffirm what’s important to you. By knowing what&#x27;s important to you, you are more confident to speak up about the things that matter. You are better able to communicate your needs and listen to and respond to the needs of others. By understanding the motivation of your own behaviour, you are able to identify the thinking, feelings and behaviour that support your purpose and set boundaries on the behaviour that undermines your purpose. By leading through Values, we believe you feel more courage to speak up. By doing so you can become a better leader and role model for others no matter your age or past experience.Working with your facilitator &amp; coach you will be able to apply what you learn to any or all aspects of your life with intention and build strategies for looking after yourself including: • A deeper connection with yourself and others (Self - Identity and Belief) • Identifying and setting clear boundaries (Self -Care) • Improved communication and listening skills (Amplify) • Finding when to use your voice most effectively (Positive Visibility) • Galvanizing others around a common purpose (Leadership) Together we can forge women&#x27;s equality. Cost and Inclusions: 2 hour workshop plus a 1 hour personal coaching session and the opportunity to network over drinks and nibbles. Additional coaching packages can be purchased on the day see below. $180 (incl gst and ticket fees) Tickets are limited, only 10 available per workshop. Workshop date(s)Wednesday 9th March 2022 or Saturday 12th March 2022.Workshop Location: The Collective - 38 Main Street Grenfell NSW 2810 Coaching: 1:1 coaching will occur approximately 1 week after the event - either face to face or via zoom, in line with Covid-19 health protocols. We will organise a time convenient to you prior to the workshop. Additional coaching packages can be purchased at the event at a discounted rate for all participants. About your Facilitator &amp; Coach: Bonnie Fitzpatrick has 20 years’ experience as a Human Resources / Organisational Development practitioner. Her specialist knowledge and experience in leadership, values and organisational culture have been a focal point of her career and her motivation for establishing her own business - Purposefully. Known as an empathetic, kind and fair leader, Bonnie is passionate about coaching individuals to develop their own personal leadership styles so they can be their best at work and at home. She is truly excited to participate in International Women’s Day 2022 at The Collective Grenfell. About Purposefully: Established in 2021, the aim for creating Purposefully was to build a business that leveraged its owner Bonnie Fitzpatrick’s passion for Organisational and Leadership Development. Purposefully signifies intention. Our business purpose it to provide specialist services for Organisations, Human Resources Departments, Individuals and Community Groups. We understand regional/ rural communities want to utilise and access local professional services and talent to support business growth in their region and facilitate opportunities for personal / professional development. We want to work with organisations and individuals that make a difference to the lives of other their community, customers, teams, employees and family.
