Know Yourself, Show Yourself, Grow Yourself

Know Yourself, Grow Yourself, Show Yourself is a mental health festival by the people, for the people. The festival will run at Sunshine Heights PS from Monday 21st March to Friday 25th March 2022 with a full, exciting program of events.

In this &#x27;Promoting Positive Body Image &amp; Eating Behaviours: A Guide for Parents&#x27; workshop, presented by Eating Disorders Victoria, parents will feel more informed and confident in managing eating and body image concerns in their young people.This 90-minute webinar is designed to help parents and carers of young people feel more informed and confident in responding to body image and eating concerns in their young people.Topics we will cover:Recognising early signs of poor body image, disordered eating, and eating disordersStrategies for promoting positive body imageTools and resources to assist carers if they are concerned about their young personIf you require any support or information prior to the event, please contact the EDV Education at education@eatingdisorders.org.au.”This workshop is for parents. Limited to 50 participants.
