Know Yourself, Grow Yourself, Show Yourself is a mental health festival by the people, for the people. The festival will run at Sunshine Heights PS from Monday 21st March to Friday 25th March 2022 with a full, exciting program of events.

Join in the family fun with this lively session down at our community&#x27;s beloved Kororoit Creek. Firekeepers will get you moving in nature with games that will ignite your senses and Mrs Ticklebottom will join the fun from 4PM for a frollicking storytime adventure that will teach the young ones how to take care of nature so that it can continue to fuel our wellbeing.Mrs Ticklebottom will be giving away some prizes and will also have her marvelous book - &#x27;Mrs Ticklebottom and the Plastic Problem’ - for sale for $25 (cash only). This event will take place at the KOROROIT CREEK TRAIL BUG RUG AREA in Sunshine West. Entry via 59 Sanders Ave, Sunshine.
