Know Yourself, Show Yourself, Grow Yourself

Know Yourself, Grow Yourself, Show Yourself is a mental health festival by the people, for the people. The festival will run at Sunshine Heights PS from Monday 21st March to Friday 25th March 2022 with a full, exciting program of events.

Open to Grade 6 and High School parents of students who attend schools with Ardoch Partnerships, this parent information session will explore the Toolbox Program students are engaging in so that parents can help their children build their emotional and social toolbox at home too! Toolbox offers Wellbeing workshops designed for students by psychologists. Toolbox gives students the practical tools they need to overcome life’s challenges. We deliver programs to help kids thrive.This event will take place in the ES RESOURCE ROOM at Sunshine Heights Primary School.
