As we begin to stretch those wings and navigate our way out into the noise and discomfort of the next little while - why not save your sacred spot with us, as we nurture, hold and support you to plant seeds of calm, clarity, ease, confidence and connection. We will be playing with and learning some of the following tools; Meditation and Pranayama ‘breath as medicine’ EFT tapping to regulate anxiety &amp; emotions for a new sense of ease and calmReleasing of old programs and welcoming abundance and flow into your lifeSome timely lessons on cultivating a healthy immune system and food as medicineWe will provide a scrumptious lunch and honour the end of the day with ceremonial cacao and sound healing
