Know Yourself, Grow Yourself, Show Yourself is a mental health festival by the people, for the people. The festival will run at Sunshine Heights PS from Monday 21st March to Friday 25th March 2022 with a full, exciting program of events.

​Come along for a very special guided meditation session for parents and young children (Grades 3 to 6). Learn how you can calm your mind and body by noticing your thoughts and your breath, while building a connection between parent and child that will help you glide through your day. Workshop spaces are limited to 20 adults (20 adults with accompanying children). All children must be accompanied by an adult. This is a collaborative meditation.
