Know Yourself, Grow Yourself, Show Yourself is a mental health festival by the people, for the people. The festival will run at Sunshine Heights PS from Monday 21st March to Friday 25th March 2022 with a full, exciting program of events.

​Give yourself a break and come along to a short relaxing meditation and mindfulness session for teens and adults. Explore how you can calm your mind and body by noticing your thoughts and your breath. Beginners and experienced welcome.Workshop spaces are limited to 25 people.
