Know Yourself, Grow Yourself, Show Yourself is a mental health festival by the people, for the people. The festival will run at Sunshine Heights PS from Monday 21st March to Friday 25th March 2022 with a full, exciting program of events.

As part of our mental health festival and harmony week celebrations, come dressed to express your culture, identity and diversity, pack a picnic filled with cultural and favourite foods, and come celebrate our community's beautiful diversity.
