Know Yourself, Grow Yourself, Show Yourself is a mental health festival by the people, for the people. The festival will run at Sunshine Heights PS from Monday 21st March to Friday 25th March 2022 with a full, exciting program of events.

​What better way to commence our weeklong festival than with a community breakfast? As a proud Foodbank Breakfast Club school, we invite you to join us for a fabulous and free breakfast at our festival hub of Sunshine Heights Primary School. Served from the Specialist Hub Canteen, we'll have toast, fresh fruit and cereals and a whole lot of community spirit to get your day going. We'll also have the legendary Big Active on board to get your bodies moving, so that your day can start in the right way. This event will take place in the SPECIALIST HUB CANTEEN and SURROUNDING OUTDOOR AREAS at Sunshine Heights Primary School.
