2022 Australian/eROSITA_DE Joint Collaboration Workshop

Astronomy Australia Limited (AAL) is a not-for-profit company whose members are all the Australian universities and research organisations with a significant astronomical research capability. AAL works with Australia’s National Observatories, relevant infrastructure providers, astronomers at Australian Universities, and the Australian Government to advance the infrastructure goals in the Decadal Plan for Australian Astronomy.

Astronomy Australia Ltd (AAL) is hosting a three-day online Australian/eROSITA_DE Joint Collaboration Workshop.

The primary aim of this online workshop is to bring together members of the Australian and German eROSITA/eROSITA_DE communities to discuss the progress of ongoing collaborative projects, as well as to foster ideas for new projects.In order to allow synchronous participation by both Australian and German parties, the workshop will be run between the hours of 6:30pm and 9pm AEDT (8:30am and 11am CET) from 21–23rd February. This is a free event, held within GatherTown and via Zoom, that will include short contributed talks, poster “sparkler” presentations and also offer an opportunity for discussions and networking.
