The workshop is created and facilitated by Martina Duel, a qualified Counselor with a life-long curiosity and passion for understanding and healing the wounds between the sexes and the movement towards relationships that fulfill their joyous creative potential.Martina has been facilitating women's and mixed gender workshops and groups in the Byron Bay area since 2004. She delivers refreshing new points of view, based on research and lived experience. Complex information is presented with depth and humour, and made easily applicable to life.As a Counselor, she has a true gift of clarity, the ability to see into the heart of a situation, ask the right questions and gently support clients to discover their solutions.Martina has been working with health and well-being for 30 years, originally as a Physiotherapist, and later as a Counselor and workshop facilitator. As a Mother of three grown children, a former Buddhist practitioner, now involved in Shamanic studies, a Physiotherapist and Counselor, Martina brings a rare degree of compassion, integration and insight into her work.

Witch Wound: a deep scar hidden in the Feminine psyche from centuries of disempowerment and invalidation and the terror of 15 generations of Witch hunts and executions. If you are ready to reclaim your connection, voice and power, check out these events.

<h3>We hide, fly under the radar, fit in, stay small, don’t rock the boat, don’t get too visible. </h3><h3>We have learned that being Powerful is dangerous. We fear to use our voices, to reveal who we really are, to give our true gifts to the world.</h3>In this 5 Session Women&#x27;s Reclamation Journey, we will dive deeply, as a small closed group, into Healing the Witch Wound, a deep scar hidden in the Feminine psyche from centuries of disempowerment and invalidation and the terror of 15 generations of Witch hunts and executions. I believe the impact of these times constitutes a collective cultural trauma that continues to impact us, both men and women, to this day. The Witch Wound can affect:<ul><li>Feeling safe to express who you authentically are</li></ul><ul><li>Trust in connection to other women, to groups and to men</li></ul><ul><li>Feelings about your body and sexuality</li></ul><ul><li>Connection to the Earth, seasons and cycles, in Nature and in your life</li></ul><ul><li>Trust in yourself, your intuition, inner knowing and Spiritual connection...and so much more.</li></ul>I also believe that now it is time to regain what we lost, to reclaim the parts of ourselves it was unsafe to show. In fact, I think the world needs us to. <h3>The Journey:</h3>We will explore how the Witch Wound continues to impact many areas of our lives, and using the power of women’s circle, ritual space, movement and guided exercises, gain insight into your gifts and inner power, into what is blocking you and to take steps toward change and healing.Week 1: Connection to the Earth. Learn about your own cyclic natures, so you can trust the times of darkness and descent as well as your times of flowering and creating. Move through the seasons and cycles of your life with connection and trust.Week 2: Connection to your body and energy flow. We shine a light into the legacy of shame and vilification of women’s bodies to re-align with body&#x27;s natural wisdom and vibrancy.Week 3: Journey deeply into the essence of who you are as a whole woman. Release the conditioned roles you conform to and connect with your authentic identity. Experience increased connection with others, with community, from this place of authenticity. Week 4: Honouring your heart and emotions as part of your beauty. Free your voice so you can express your truth with power.Week 5: Connect to your vision and purpose. Regain trust in your intuitive and visionary nature. Release the fear of being powerful and step into sovereignty. Diving deep as a closed group creates an atmosphere of openness, compassion and safety in which deep connection and lasting healing can occur.When women heal the wounds we have with one another, when we stop competing and start supporting, what we can achieve together and give to the world is limitless.
