Enjoy the mild autumn weather by the Bay with our Twilight Yoga classes on the foreshore!We'll be back beside iconic Sandringham Band Rotunda for six weeks over Autumn - every Thursday at 6:30pm from 3 March - 7 April 2022.Find balance in your body and mind, with a 45 minute yoga class and enjoy a beachside stroll or grab dinner/ drinks from one of the great local eateries for a happy belly too!No previous experience necessary. Come and give it a try!BYO yoga mat - sunscreen, mozzie repellent, water (and towel for a sunset dip!)Places are limited to 25 people per class - get in quick to reserve your spot! -----COVID Information: This is a COVID Safe outdoor event. Please maintain 1.5m distance from other participants wherever possible - face masks are optional but not essential.

THE TEACHERS:<a href="https://www.ohmyyoga.com.au/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Oh My Yoga</a> - Mia Ferreira: Mia is a certified and experienced Iyengar Yoga teacher who has been practicing and teaching in Sydney and Melbourne for almost 13 years. More recently, Mia has been teaching yoga classes at the Sandringham Life Saving Club.Mia enjoys early morning dips in the bay with the Sandy Icebergers and is also a current Sandringham Traders Association committee member.Class dates: all of the March classes!<a href="https://www.karmastudio.com.au/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The Karma Studio</a> - Jen Berridge:Jennifer has been working and studying in the Natural Therapies field for more than 30 years. An experienced yoga therapist, massage therapist and iRest Meditation teacher, Jennifer runs small group and private Restorative yoga sessions designed to heal and calm the body and mind. Class dates: 7 April<a href="https://www.yogaartsacademy.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Yoga Arts Academy</a> - Catherine Fisher:Catherine has been practicing yoga since 2005 and developed Ambrosial Yoga - a wholistic approach based on Hatha yoga that is designed to support women with their emotional, mental and physical changes. Catherine teaches one-on-one sessions to help treat the individual needs of each student.Class dates: sadly Catherine has injured her foot and will not be joining us this time.

WEATHER &amp; CANCELLATIONS:In case of rain or inclement weather, the class may be cancelled - registered participants will be notified via email and given the choice to transfer to another day or receive a full refund.If you are no longer able to attend we ask that you cancel your order to allow another yoga lover to attend. You can cancel your order via Eventbrite up to one day before the event, or by emailing us by 5pm on the day. There will be no refunds for no-shows.
