READING CLUB  IN SPANISH - CLUB DE LECTURA EN ESPAÑOL

Once a month we meet online to share our readings on an established topic. Take this opportunity to connect with other readers and find inspiration and recommendations on which books to read in Spanish. We have selected a topic for each month and made a list of recommended readings. We encourage that participants read one of these books, although as long as they meet two requirements they can read any other: be written in Spanish originally and deal with the theme of that month. Share your readings is open to all public with a maximum limit of 20 attendees. To loan books and e-books you need to be a <a href="https://sidney.cervantes.es/en/library_spanish/enrolment_library.htm" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">library user</a>(if you have never been a user we offer you 3 months of free membership). The sessions are held in Spanish, but we try that the Spanish spoken can be understood not only by Spanish speakers but also by people with an intermediate level of Spanish. To receive an invitation to the group video-conference it is necessary to register for the activity.¡Comparte tus lecturas con nosotros! Una vez al mes, aproximadamente, nos reunimos en línea para compartir nuestras lecturas sobre un tema establecido. Aprovecha esta oportunidad para conectar con otros lectores y encontrar inspiración y recomendaciones sobre qué libros leer en español. Hemos seleccionado para cada mes un tema y hecho una lista de lecturas recomendadas. Recomendamos que los participantes lean uno de estos libros, aunque mientras cumplan dos requisitos pueden leer cualquier otro: estar escrito en español originalmente y versar sobre la temática de ese mes. La participación está abierta a todo el público. Para acceder a los libros es necesario ser <a href="https://sidney.cervantes.es/es/biblioteca_espanol/hazte_socio_biblioteca.htm" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">usuario de la biblioteca</a> (si nunca has sido usuario te ofrecemos 3 meses de carné gratuito), pero con un límite máximo de 20 asistentes. Las sesiones se desarrollan en español, pero intentamos que el español que se hable pueda ser entendido no solo por hispanohablantes sino también por personas con un nivel intermedio de español.
