The 220h Level One Aquarian Teacher Training is a professional certification program in Kundalini Yoga certified by the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI), and taught by the AAA International Kundalini Yoga School.
The purpose of the Level 1 Training is not only to become a Yoga Teacher to elevate others. The ultimate goal of the Level 1 Training is to become You, and to be your own Teacher every moment of your life.
