The annual welcome reception is hosted by Study NT to welcome newly arrived international students to the Northern Territory!

You're invited to the 2026 International Student Welcome Reception!


Get ready to kick start your study experience in the Northern Territory at the 2026 international student Welcome Reception.

Join Study NT for an evening filled with Territory charm and the opportunity to connect with fellow international students and community services in the vibrant city of Darwin.

Additionally, the 2026 Study in Australia's Northern Territory Scholarship recipients will receive their official Scholarship Certificate.

Please arrive at the event between 5-5:30pm, for a 5:30pm start.

Registration

Registration is a must, so secure your spot now before it's too late.

  • Only one spot per invited student.
  • If your circumstances change and you are no longer able to attend, please cancel your registration.
  • Eventbrite tickets must be presented upon arrival at the event.
  • Registrations close 4pm, Friday 6 March 2026.


Location

The event is held at the George Brown Botanic Gardens Event Centre.

Please note, limited car parking spots are available near the event centre if you are arriving via Gardens Road.

Public Bus routes no 4 and 6 stop on Gilruth Avenue (5-10 miutes walk to event centre).
