This in-person weekend retreat offers a supportive environment where you can connect with others facing similar challenges, gain valuable insights from expert speakers, and participate in rejuvenating activities. Event Registration:

Registration opens on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 10:00 AM PT. There are ten spaces/tickets available, with each ticket covering one patient and their caregiver. Patients should complete the registration form and kindly include their caregiver's name during the process. One ticket will be issued per patient-caregiver pair. You will not need to present your ticket at check-in, as we’ll already have you in our system. Once all ten spots are filled, a waitlist will be available.

Kindly note: To make space for new participants, those who attended last year's event are not eligible to register this year. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us share this experience with others!

• Location: IslandWood, Bainbridge Island, WA
• Address: 4450 Blakely Avenue Northeast Bainbridge Island, WA, 98110
• Date: March 13 - March 15, 2026
• Arrival Time: Check-in at IslandWood begins at 4:00 PM PT on March 13, 2026.
• Cost: Free
• Transportation: Please note you will need to arrange transportation to IslandWood and obtain ferry tickets in advance as the event will take place on Bainbridge Island. Please note that each patient and caregiver will share a cabin-style room, which includes enough beds for both.

Eligibility:

• This event is only for Fred Hutch patients' and their caregivers. To ensure we can extend this opportunity to others in our community, we kindly ask that those who attended last year’s event refrain from registering this year. We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we make space for new participants.
