2026 International Research Forum on Multi-Owned Properties

The forum brings together international researchers to share research on multi-owned properties (e.g. strata title, condominium)

We are delighted to announce that the Eighth International Research Forum on Multi-Owned Properties will run from 28-30 January 2028 in Sydney, Australia. Organised by Professor Hazel Easthope and Dr Laura Crommelin at UNSW Sydney, the event will be held in the Sydney CBD.

We are also excited to welcome Professor Cathy Sherry from Macquarie University as our keynote speaker for the 2026 Forum.

Registration for the Forum is now open. On time registration is available until 31 October 2025, with late registrations closing on 7 January 2026. A discounted registration rate is available for graduate students. Please note that we will not be providing the option of online attendance, so we do hope that you will be able to join us in person. Conference activities will include an evening harbour cruise, a conference dinner and a field trip.

There are a small number of Dinner tickets available if you will be travelling with a partner or friend who would like to join us for the conference dinner.

The call for abstracts is open for submissions until 28 August 2025.
