Registrations OPEN 9 am Friday 27th March 2026. All registrations close 5 pm Friday, April 17th.
Bookings are essential. Bookings close once there are 46 registrations.Hurry! Strictly Limited places.

1. If you register for this event, you are agreeing to participate and MUST attend 2.If you have a scheduled class on the 01/05/2026, this will make you INELIGIBLE to attend the trip, and you cannot participate.### Note there is a $20 CASH deposit required UPFRONT, payable to MIT by 5 pm Friday, 25th April 2026. Once registered and have obtained an electronic Eventbrite E-Ticket, you then pay $20 CASH deposit on Level 2 Finance. Please show your proof of registration.This will hold your place on the trip.### NOTE THIS IS A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for NO SHOW on the day### Your registration is automatically cancelled if you dont meet the payment deadline.

Everyone meets at MIT Melbourne campus and signs in via the MIT employee. Everyone needs to sign the excursion consent form before leave Melbourne.
Leave MIT
Leave MIT Melbourne campus via the Coach and travel towards Beechworth Bakery. - (288 La Trobe ST Melbourn – 27 Camp St, Beechworth.)
Beechworth Bakery
1st stop – The original Beechworth Bakery, we stop for a quick coffee break and enjoy this historic building and company- we Leave at 10.35am and travel towards Yackandandah.
