***IMPORTANT INFORMATION***
Bookings are essential and are capped at 35. Hurry! Registrations close Friday 27th February 2026 at 5pm.
A $10 CASH deposit is then payable to MIT Finance on Level 2 after your register on Eventbrite to hold your place and is due by 5pm Friday 6th March 2026 (which will be returned to you on the day). Your registration will be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not paid by the deadline.
Each student will have to ensure they have this amount ($11.40) is added to their Myki card to cover the cost of the return train trip prior to the days journey as we MUST leave right on time from Southern Cross station at 09.10am.
Your Cost – $11.40 (Which includes your Myki fare)
Lunch (excluding drinks) and Fishing are both FREE. All other costs ie drinks, coffees, souvenirs and activities are at each participants expense.

Meet at Southern Cross Station
We will meet beneath the clock at Southern Cross and grab a quick coffee and a bite to eat as we get ready to start travelling down the Great Ocean Road.
VLine coach
We then hit the road by V-Line Coach on our way down the famous and historical Great Ocean Road as we pass by the sleepy seaside towns of Torquay and Anglesea to our final destination of Lorne.
Arrive at Lorne and start exploring
We arrive at Lorne where we can take a breath and relax! We will stop off for a lazy lunch (which is included at NO COST) at the Lorne Sea Baths for those who are a little more adventurous the Sea Baths offer Mini Golf, Aqua Roller, Bumper Boats and Trampolining (at each participants cost).
