No, this is event is for people at the earlier stages of considering this important legal form.

Do I need to bring the ACD guide or form with me?

No, all the resources you need will be provided free of charge on the day. However if you wish to prepare, you may collect a free Guide ( which includes one form) in advance from the library.

Can I attend with my loved one who wishes to consider this form?

Yes, we encourage friends, family and loved ones to attend in order that they also understand the contents of the form and the wishes that may be expressed in it.
