We recommend families coordinate clothing colours for the best photos. Denim and neutral tones such as white, navy, and beige look especially effective!

Important Information

• Location: This year’s Santa experience will be held at InterContinental Sydney Double bay

Walk through the main entrance of the hotel and go up the stairs. Pass reception and follow the signs to the Santa Pic room.

• Bookings: All visits require online booking to manage numbers and reduce queuing. Sessions are first-come, first-served.

• Photography: Our in-house photographer will review all images, and photos will be emailed to you during the week.

• Refund Policy: Requests for refunds must be made at least 7 days prior to your session. Refunds requested less than 7 days before your booking will not be considered.

• Missed Sessions: If you or anyone in your group misses a pre-booked session, it will be treated as a last-minute cancellation. The session will not be rescheduled, and no refunds (partial or otherwise) will be issued.

• Parking & Arrival: Parking in the area can be challenging. Plan to arrive early and enjoy a coffee, cocktail, or bite to eat before your session.
