North Coast Show n Shine and Swap Meet

Displays of cars From the classics to now, motorbikes, utes and 4WDs, many prizes for judging categories.

Markets/memorabilia and Trade Stalls.

A fun family day out with entry including jumping castle/rides face painting for kids under 12.

There will be Live music, interactive displays and markets , stay for lunch with food trucks from Northern Rivers NSW and a Licenced Bar and food open upstairs in the airconditioning by the Ballina Jockey Club.

Food trucks from 9am and licenced bar open 10 - 2pm

Westpac Helicopter will be BBQing for the early display and swap meet set up arrivals for set up from 630 to 9 am for Breakfast and then throughout day with Steak Burgers/Sausage Sandwiches.

Gates Open at 6am for vehicle placement

Trade set up etc and Swap meet set up

Gates close to vehicles for set up at 8.30am

Gates open to public 9am

Judging to start at 9.30am

Presentation 130pm

activities face painting and rides 10am to 2pm

Estimated to end at 230pm

Gates close 5pm for pack up completion

DIRECTIONS:

Ballina Industrial Estate, turn from Southern Cross Drive onto Racecourse Road, reduce speed and REDUCE all noise, due to high animal /horse residential area

Vehicle Check-in

Upon arrival at the Jockey Club Street entrance, volunteers in place for direction, and scanning of prepaid registered EVENTBRITE digital ticket, site allocations for clubs and vehicles will be directed, once parked, owners enterring judging categories (ONLY 2 of the choices please) are to proceed to the check-in station toreceive their form and number .

Vehicles will be parked with room for both doors to be opened without hitting another vehicle if at all possible. Room behind each vehicle will be made available for chairs, cleaning supplies, and other personal items. Please remember to take all valuables with you if you leave your vehicle.

There will be volunteers around event, but the best plan is to leave valuables at home..

Once a vehicle has been placed it will not be allowed to leave until the end of the car show. There will be no exceptions to this rule..

Late Entries

Unless specifically directed no late entries will be allowed for judged vehicle's.

Schedule for registrants participating

Vehicle check-in will open at 6am. In the event that heavy rain is predicted, the Committee will make a decision asap. Information will be posted on website.

All vehicle detailing must be completed by 830am. car show judges will meet at 9.00am to go over any last minute issues/concerns. Judging will start at 9.30am. all judging should be completed no later than 11.30am.

Presentation. Expected To be at approx 1 30 o’clock

When you do vehicles leave, after 2.30pm please remember to drive carefully, both in the parking lot and on the way back home. Reduce noise til back out of Industrial Estate. We want this to be an annual event. Disruptive behaviour may impact location. Please respect.

Spectator Parking

A limited number of disability parking places will be available for spectators with a disability area identified close to entry.

Additional parking will available in the one to two paddock block areas at entry to Jockey Club. Remember to lock your car. We are arranging buses for cllection points like RSL Ballina and Cherry Street Bowling Club, will be posted on website when arranged. To reduce traffic in and around Jockey Club.

Food

For setup, From 630am-845am WPac BBQ will be offering bacon&eggrolls/sausage sandwiches, water, Coffee carts to be operating tbc

From 9am the Food trucks will operate through to 2pm

Restrooms

Facilities are located under the club and to right of entry in the paddock and upstairs in Bar area.
