Zoe Gaia: FE Creator & Key Facilitator

Founder of Soul Arts International, and and curator of the Feminine Embodiment Certification Training; Zoe walks the path of feminine embodiment with authentic depth and soulful play.

Author, Teacher & Embodied Leader of 25 years: Zoe has lead retreats, groups, festivals and women’s circles for nearly three decades, and brings this sacred work to you with a humble and compassionate approach to Life, through deeply embodied life, a multitude of trainIng's and professional experience in the healing arts.

Zoe is a trained Ceremonialist, Acupuncturist, Shiatsu & Oriental Therapist, Hawaiian Bodyworker, Re-birther/Breathworker, Healing Touch & Energy Therapist, Meditation Teacher, Professional Art therapist & Transpersonal Facilitator. She loves the journey of the human spirit, and in particular is a leader in the power of the feminine rising at these times of great change.

Adrienne Bail:

Adhi is an elder in our community & has been teaching yoga (yang and yin) for over 20 years. She is a level 2 teacher with tonnes of experience & all sorts of abilities, teaching with an inviting ease and grace inspiring a deep bowing within.

Adhi regularly plays kirtan (devotional music) around the coast & has run a multi-practitioner massage business for many years. She has done training with Radiant Light Yoga, Being Yoga, The Chi Institute, Simon Park, Shiva Rae, Yin Yoga, Yoga NRG and many more.

Her yoga style has evolved to an energetic vinyasa flow focusing on alignment, strength and inner harmony.

Adhi is also a trained Breath of Bliss facilitator and runs sacred Breathwork Ceremonies; delivering a deep, potent experience.

Adhi speaks about Breathwork:

"Breathwork can very quickly melt resistance, help to reveal unconscious suffering and invite in a quantum leap in awareness ! Breath becomes a medicine to experience expanded states of consciousness to commune with Soul and Source".

• Swimwear for our play in water
• No creative experience required
• Modalities in natural health & other therapies an advantage but certainly not essential.
