Does it matter if I'm not familiar with the events?

Not at all. Grip Sport is easy to pick up - if you want to excel try get your hands on a loading pin, a rolling handle implement and a pinch block - but even just picking up a heavy plate by pinching it is good training.

Are there discounted tickets for women?

The first 5 women's entries will get $45 back on the day (90% saving!). We still require full payment upfront to ensure the heavily discounted tickets go to people who will definitely attend. Discounted women's entry is open until it's specifically stated it's closed.
